Removing Alert Me from Action Menu of List in SharePoint

I don’t want my all users to use Alert Me. I was about to write some JavaScript or CSS to hide the Alert Me from Action Menu, but then I realized that it should be on permission basis, then I navigated to Site Permission. As my all NT AUTHORITY\authenticated users are on Read Permission which is default for Group of Home Visitors for SharePoint Site

Then I checked Read Permission levels
To check Permission levels
Go to Site Action – Site Settings
On this Page click – Advance Permission under Users and Permission
On this Page click – Settings – Permission Levels
On this Page click – Read –
You will get a page for modifying the Permission levels – Uncheck the checkbox for “Create Alerts - Create e-mail alerts”.
And click Submit.

And now the user won’t get the Alert Me option in Action menu of Lists.
